Situated in an elegant and historic building on Brighton Seafront, this stunningly positioned, centrally - located and newly refurbished apartment enjoys the most iconic sea views along Brighton’s coastline. Enjoying superb access to Brighton's revered beaches which are literally a stone’s throw away; surrounded by the city’s eclectic mix of shops, bars, restaurants and attractions, this apartment attracts those looking to find the quintessential Brighton lifestyle.

The building is attractive both inside and out and has a grandeur of its’ very own. Take the stairs or the smart passenger lift, which whisks you up to the apartment where the door is clearly numbered. You enter into a welcoming entrance hall, and you are immediately aware of the beautiful light streaming in through the large east facing original sash windows and your line of sight takes you through to the sea and skyscapes ahead, and as you move closer, there are direct views of Brighton’s iconic and historic landmarks, including the British Airways i360, Brighton Pier and the remains of the west pier; silhouetted against the waves. You cannot beat the location and the views never tire as they constantly change; like a moving ever-changing vista, yet permanent masterpiece and the sun sets are exquisite.

This newly refurbished, studio apartment is ideal for a couple or two friends, benefiting from : -

The bathroom, with its’ northern aspect, enjoys glorious views across the City and beyond. Take an invigorating shower or luxuriate in the elegant claw feet bath following a day at the seaside, or following a visit to the City’s iconic Regency Royal Palace, the Brighton Pavilion or an afternoon shopping in Churchill Square and the quirky and bustling Lanes, or before an evening out in one of the city’s restaurants, bars, casinos, theatres or concert halls.

The apartment’s elevated position means that it enjoys a peace and tranquillity not always found in the city centre and we suggest that it is ideal for a couple or two friends wanting a restful “seafront sanctuary” and not suitable for hen and stag parties.

A Perfect Weekend Stay - A Lovely Apartment with Fabulous Views and Location!
The Apartment has an excellent location, directly opposite the beach and within easy walking distance to shops, the lanes, cafes, restaurants and all the activities that Brighton seafront has to offer. Situated on the 7th floor (with a fully working lift) we loved the views across regency square, to the sea, pier and the i360, both day and night. What really surprised us was how peaceful and quiet it was for such a centrally located property. The hosts were very professional, key collection was easy and they go the extra mile providing information about the apartment and the local area with recommendations for restaurants and parking, etc. Inside, was exactly as described, a living area with a large TV, Wi-Fi, dining table and chairs plus a really comfortable king size bed, a separate equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with storage in the entrance hall, which was decorated in keeping with the Art Deco style of the building. The apartment was clean, bright, airy and also has such a lovely welcoming feel to it that we would definitely stay again!

Newly renovated keeping with the art deco theme of the building. Trevor and Angie were very sweet and the property is perfectly situated for a weekend getaway right by the beach. You can see the Brighton pier and the I360 from the window.

Beautiful Art Deco building right on the sea front in a decadent position. Perfect stay for us for a weekend in a grand part of Brightons history. Location could not be bettered as 30 seconds walk from the beach and views of the sea and i360. The friendly prompt welcome from the owners and the little details that they provided made a home from home. From tailored treats to make that first night so easy to a comprehensive guide to the area, amazing communications prior to just a wonderful accommodation in a quiet but central location in the heart of Brighton. We cannot emphasise how lovely it was to stay in a period property literally on the sea front with so many Art Deco features and as mentioned, be welcomed by amazing hosts who clearly have your stay experience right and centre as a priority. Little touches mean so much and a small but amazingly stocked kitchen makes this venue great for foodies too. Wi-Fi was really good for those still WFM who need a change of scenery. Vegan friendly.

Stylish apartment right by the sea
I came to Brighton for a weekend and had a very pleasant stay at Trevor and Angie’s stylish apartment with the beautiful sea view. The apartment is in perfect condition, seemingly recently renovated in the style matching the historical Art Deco style of the building. Communication with the hosts was very smooth, quick check-in and easy checkout. I very much enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again when in Brighton next time.
