Located just steps from the seafront with views of the sea & i360 - close to a wide array of fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and cafés. Western Road and transport links are right outside, with neighbouring Hove within walking distance. Enjoy the buzz of city life, then relax in a secure, serene haven 💫
Designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, this clean, modern flat offers a relaxing retreat, just moments from the seafront and town centre.
🍽️ The apartment features a bright living space with a kitchenette (no oven) and breakfast bar for dining, a comfortable chair set within the large bay windows with sea and city views, perfect for watching the world go by.
📺 There is also a 43" TV with streaming services, a selection of books and a few games.
🛋️ Our sofa smoothly pulls out into a full double sofa bed, perfect for putting your feet up for a movie night and also making it ideal when requiring two comfortable beds under one roof. We have also installed custom-fitted black-out blinds (soon to be added to the bedroom also).
🛌🏻 The bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed, with cotton linen, a small chest of draws, clothes rail, clothes hooks and hangers so you can unpack with ease. There is also a full-length mirror behind the bedroom door.
🚿 A modern shower room completes the space - bright and spotless with a large mirrored cabinet and a heated towel rail.
🌆 Step outside and you’re surrounded by a multitude of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops, with the beach just steps away. Brighton city centre and Hove are both within easy walking distance, making this a fantastic base for exploring everything the city has to offer - from culture and nightlife to relaxed seaside strolls.
🚕 Getting around is effortless, with a bus stop right outside, a short walk to Brighton train station, and a taxi rank on the corner. While parking is limited in the city centre, it’s fairly easy to pull up to unload luggage, with short-stay parking available nearby and longer stay options a little further.
🤍 After a day enjoying the buzz of Brighton, return to a secure, peaceful space where you can unwind and recharge.
