Great stay at Safestay Brighton! The location is excellent, the beds were comfortable, and we liked that the shower room was separate from the toilet in the shared room. Everything was super clean. A special thank you to Alex, who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside would be the room was a bit warm. We’d definitely stay here again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can't recommend Safestay Brighton enough. What I expected to be a temporary place to stay became somewhere I'll genuinely remember with a smile. The staff have been absolutely fantastic. Abdul was amazing throughout my stay. Both Johns were absolutely lovely. They were kind, caring, professional, each in their own way, incredibly diligent with great attention to detail, I really enjoyed our conversations and hearing about their experiences and stories — genuinely fascinating! Thank you for being so lovely and for helping make my stay such a positive one. Brooke, I'll miss you, buddy! ❤️ Alicia has been a wonderful addition to the team: professional, incredibly clever and always approachable. Daisy was really nice and pleasant, and I really enjoyed chatting with her during my stay. Sam, thank you for being part of making my time here such an enjoyable one. And Sarah, I'm sorry I didn't get the chance to say goodbye. All the very best with college and your future career — you'll absolutely smash it! More than anything, the people that made my stay so special. I've made genuine friends here, shared so many laughs and stories, and created memories I'll always treasure. Leaving is bittersweet because I'll thoroughly miss the friends I've made and everyone I've met along the way. Thank you to everyone at Safestay Brighton for making me feel so welcome during my stay. Booked this for my birthday as it was the only room I could find for 4 people. We went to check in at 3pm to be told that our room might not be cleaned yet- to which it wasn’t so we had to wait another half an hour for the room to be cleaned at such a poor standard. There was hair everywhere, months worth of dust under the beds, ear buds covered in ear wax left on one of the beds. The beds themselves were comfy but the room definitely was not worth the price we payed.
