Great find!
Location is great, easy walk to the pier and city center. Staff was amazing, Marcus, Hugo & James thank you for a great stay. They arranged private transportation for me to and from the Gatwick. My room was well decorated, comfortable and clean. The served breakfast daily for an extra charge and food was excellent. If I'm in Brighton, again I will definitely stay here again. I based my booking on the great reviews Square Townhouse, had. Thanks for making my stay an excellent stay.

Stayed in a Cozy King room. Everything was great. Very very comfortable bed, immaculate room, amazing shower, Rituals toiletries, great facilities including complimentary lavazza coffee, still and sparking water. Best place I’ve stayed in in Brighton. Will definitely return.

Excellent Boutique Hotel
A really nice high specced boutique hotel, will definitely be staying here again! All the staff we came across were all very nice and extremely helpful! The room we stayed in was the Luxury with Sea View, you could tell as soon as you walked in that no expense has been spared when it comes to the fixtures and fittings of the room, really impressed.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Brighton
What a wonderful find. Beautifully recently renovated. Clean and excellent little touches everywhere that make a difference. The coffee/water machine is a great touch. The products in the room and the amenities are wonderful. However what made this hotel were the staff. So friendly. Eager to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. We’ve already booked to stay again. Loved it.

Lovely location very near the esplanade (sea) and The Lanes (shopping). Good choice of restaurants nearby. Western Road shops quite walkable as is the railway station if that's your thing. Bus service close by.

Seafront loveliness by Brighton pier.
Great location. Right by the seafront with cool little cafes on the parallel street. Smallish room at top of 4 flights of stairs but we were grateful as everywhere else was booked up or double the normal price. As it turned out it was a great choice. Only quibble i have is that it gets v hot in room in summer at night. Small fan should be provided.

Relaxing stay
Very helpful staff when required a room change. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable. Very enjoyable breakfast and we found the location within walking distance to the pier, lanes, etc. We would recommend it the rooms with a sea view though.

First class bed and breakfast in Brighton
We were upgraded (free) to a lovely room, as per photo opposite. Very comfortable bed, great nights sleep. Staff all extremely pleasant and attentive. Super breakfast, quality ingredients and well cooked. Parking on road outside, cost £10.40 for 24 hours. Hotel in quiet location but near local restaurants and theatres. Will be our first choice if staying in Brighton again
