Church Street is situated in the heart of Brighton. You will get the Brighton vibe staying here the moment you step outside. Shops start in minutes of walking in most directions from the house it's that central. It's in the heart of the lanes and is just 3 mins walk from the station. It's situated near the Brighthelm city park, which regularly has live music events and weekly street food stalls. A short walk down the road to the seafront, cinemas Brighton main shopping precinct and walking distance to everywhere you need. Theaters on the road near the Pavillion give you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the entertainment of the night and all the bars are restaurants you could want just a minute down the road. The location of this property is the best you can get in Brighton. The Earth and Stars opposite is a pub which was voted in 2018 as best pub food in Brighton and has won plenty of awards, so be sure to book your Sunday roast in advance. They have an extensive vegetarian and vegan menu to.

We were a party of 7 friends celebrating birthdays, this house was an absolutely perfect find. Lovely decor, comfortable and you couldn’t get a better location for enjoying Brighton. Hosts are responsive and helpful - readily recommend this house to any groups visiting Brighton
Very good location, well maintained property, my kids loved and enjoyed their stay and my daughter called it her new home, we will highly recommend this to friends and family.
We had a great stay. The host was incredibly accomodating, the location was ideal (a 5 - 10 min walk from the lanes, seafront and train station), and the house itself was perfect! Would 100% recommend.
Well presented house in a great location close to the centre of Brighton. The property was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Good communication prior to arrival and face to face check-in was nice to meet the host. We will definitely be returning.

Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh
Very central location and walkable to everything in the downtown Brighton area. Beds are very comfortable. The staircase is very steep but that is the nature of the houses of this age in the area.
Check in process was really easy, we had to come a bit earlier and were able to leave our bags whilst cleaning of property continued. The house was exactly as described, right in the centre of Brighton and easy to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Brighton!
We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely holiday home in Brighton, and it exceeded all my expectations! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided lots of helpful tips about the local area. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended
This is a sparkling, clean and very comfortable property superbly located next to the Lanes in Brighton centre. The VRBO description of the property is spot on. The Earth & Stars Pub opposite is excellent, but, for lighter sleepers, can perhaps be a little noisy late in the evening at weekends and with early morning deliveries. As hosts, Gregor and Tania were oustanding - kind, flexible and full of great local recommendations. Will definitely return to Sunny Side House. Many thanks
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house was in the best location, less than ten minutes walk from absolutely everything, the seafront, the Lanes, shopping etc. The house was as described in the photos, very well equipped, everything had been thought of we didn't want for anything while we were there.
The owner greeted me on arrival and showed me round, the house was clean and well cared for. He even very kindly allowed me in slightly early as the food shop had arrived early!!
Some comments complained about the top floor bathroom, we didn't have a problem, there's a shower screen preventing spillage so suspect possibly it had not been used as designed.
Highly recommend this house.
Location is right in the middle of Brighton which comes with all the pros and cons. Pros: plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Cons: lot of noise and drunk people passing by in the night.

Apartment is renovated with a very nice kitchen. The second shower in the upper story was not really usable for us since it would have flooded the complete bathroom. The heating - which according to the landlord is not broken - makes unbearable noises which makes it impossible to sleep on the upper floor. The owner is nice and caring. Overall, we enjoyed the stay!
Property was very clean and had all equipment required. The property is very central and you can walk to all tourist attractions very easily and easy walk from the train station. However, being so central meant it was very noisy during the night. Our only disappointment with the property was the second bathroom - it is the size of a cloakroom with a shower head in the ceiling, with a very small sink. We only tried it once, as we were afraid the water would come out of the door onto the landing, the water also took a long time to get hot. But the four of us managed ok with the other excellent bathroom.
