This recently refurbished, contemporary 2 bedroom, lower ground apartment is located in the heart of Kemptown. Just moments from the beach, this quite, elegant apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and offers a perfect, central Brighton seaside escape. Bright and spacious, the apartments modern furnishing are completed by beautiful bathrooms and a private patio that allows to create unforgettable memories by the shore! Guests can also make use of the wifi and smart TV, allowing them to stream their favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. A Nespresso Machine is available (pods provided for free).

LIVING ROOM
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and a small double sofa bed (sleep 1) not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax streaming your favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix (Account included) and Amazon Prime (Account not included).

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

- Bedroom 2, double bed, sleeps 2

BATHROOMS
- The main bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.
- The Ensuite has a shower, sink and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats

*There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
*Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
*Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
*Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £ 200+vat
