A cute little motel (only 6 rooms) with friendly staff. Beachmere is a quiet little community with very little in the way of dining and shopping options, but as we were there to visit friends, this was not a huge deal.

Loved this motel. Room was super clean, well equipped and decor was lovely. Everything from furniture to appliances looked new and fresh. Outside seating area, pool and gardens well maintained, clean, tidy and attractive. Pool is small like a plunge pool for relaxing cool off, great size for kids. Off street parking for each room. Easy 5 min walk to or from bus stop. Few minutes walk to beach. Good sized, lovely park across from motel with exercise equipment and play area for children. 10 min walk or few minutes drive to supermarket and shops. Cafe few minutes walk from motel. Owner is very helpful, friendly. Check in/ out great. One of the best motels I've stayed in.

Friendly service, great access to room with parking at your door, great location so you can walk to beach, park and shops with the kid's. Nice clean and tidy rooms. Highly recommend.

Not much around and nothing that really stood out about this place. The air struggled to cool the room due to the age. And with requirements of having to turn it off when not in the room made it even harder to get cool. The door was hard to get in and out of and to lock and unlock.

Hi Tina, So sorry for any inconvenience. The motel was gutted in 2019 and all new air cons installed. I'm wondering if it was on the wrong mode, as I've noticed it becomes freezing in the rooms if set low enough. I have now asked the cleaners to check mode each day. I bought the establishment 8 weeks ago in this beautiful quiet village and there are some fabulous changes to the motel coming. We hope you will give us a second chance.Kind regards, Tina

Great position - walk to beach and lovely cafes. Bed was comfortable, room looked newly refurbished. Great shower and good size room. Would stay again .

I love the look of the room the service was amazing the owner comes and makes sure if U need anything which that's the way it should be the owner was very nice and easy to talk to the area was amazing I so would stay again and would recommend the motel to anyone

Clean with nice new contemporary decor. Very quiet, great location & staff were excellent. There are only a few rooms which makes it great. Will stay again.

Overall this motel is very comfortable and good value for money. It was a little disappointing to turn up at 7pm and find no one in office to check us in though. Many guests will not have a AU Sim when they arrive (like us) and therefore cannot phone numbers left on reception door. Another guest thankfully helped us out with phone but staff should find out approx check in times and be present as not everyone checks in at office hours in motels and hotels.

Property was clean and tidy. No bench space or table for using kettle and toaster. Very difficult to use at the Bain. After bed and towels changed, hand towel and bath mat not replaced and tea bags not replaced either. Otherwise ok

Neat and tidy room, nicely renovated bathroom, very comfy mattress (wife wanted to bring it home!) The room lacked a proper table for eating. Had to bring the outside table and extra chair in. Also only one chair in the room. Small 2 seater lounge would work better
