Casa Delphin ist eine stilvolle 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (Dachgeschoss, ca. 75 m2) in einer kleinen Residenz mit direktem Zugang zum See! Schöne Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore, Ascona und die Brissago-Inseln.
Casa Delphin ist luxuriös eingerichtet und hat einen eigenen Balkon. Mit Klimaanlage in der ganzen Wohnung, wobei die Temperatur in jedem Zimmer separat über Fernbedienungen reguliert werden kann. Fußboden- und Wandheizung sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Privater Bereich direkt am Wasser mit Esstisch und Liegestühlen. Gartengrill und Tessiner Steintische für Picknicks direkt am See. Treppe, die in den See führt.
Genießen und nutzen Sie die Nähe zu Italien. In weniger als 10 Minuten sind Sie auf der italienischen Seite, wo Sie bezaubernde Dörfer, kleine Restaurants mit exzellentem Essen zu Euro-Preisen, sowie viel günstigere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden.

Es waren ein paar schöne, sonnige und unbeschwerte Tage. Dazu hat die Casa Delphin in hohem Masse beigetragen. Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und der dazugehörige Platz direkt am See ist traumhaft.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einer prächtigen Aussicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr nützlich. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein (Platten fehlen und es gibt zu wenig kleine und mittlere Pfannen).

Wir hatten das wunderbare Gefühl, Ferien auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff zu machen: wenn man aus den Fenstern schaut: blaues, wellendes, beruhigendes Wasser! Die Wohnung ist grandios und es hat alles bestens geklappt, sehr gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bilder zu sehen. Der private Platz direkt am See ist sehr gross, herzig und schön eingerichtet (Liegestühle, Steintische, geschützer Bereich vom Regen etc.) Trotz Hauptstrasse direkt nebenan ist es ruhig und obwohl noch andere Gäste zum privaten Platz Zugang hätten, waren wir immer alleine. Auch der gesamte Buchungsablauf war sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Wir können die Wohnung sowie die Organisation nur empfehlen.

Ich empfehle die Wohnung nicht unbedingt für Hundebesitzer, weil keine Grünfläche (Gassi) in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Strasse sehr befahren. Die Wohnung war aber sehr schön, die Terrasse und der Badeplatz bezaubernd.
