"Hello, we stayed on Saturday 6th September. Room needs a bit of updating, but apart from that an amazing hotel. The evening meal was just superb, my partner s steak was incredible, and the carrot soup starter is heavenly. Reasonably priced and great location, and the owners took time to welcome us Absolutely 10/10"

"We had a fantastic week at No 11. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished and in a great location to enjoy the views over the harbour and to walk into the town/ to the waterfront. We loved sitting on the front terrace in the evening sun and watching the world go by. Brixham is a great place to stay and we did not use the car all week- walking to nearby beaches/ coves/ towns and using the local cheap and regular bus service. The perfect place to relax and unwind on holiday! Highly recommended! We hope to be back."

"Great view from balcony, everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Really good as a base as the main harbour is a short walk away and the Breakwater cafe is even nearer. If you are looking for chic designer decorated rooms forget it, if you want a comfy sensible base with a very helpful owner then this is the place. Yes you can see the building is older in places but overall it represents excellent value for money and a great place to stay."
