This property enjoys a quiet rural location on a small park of similar properties, just a few minutes’ walk from the village of Galmpton. This charming village has a range of shops, and a well-regarded pub, making it a great place to visit for lunch or for a relaxing pint. For a change of scene, just four miles from the property is the town of Brixham, with its busy harbour offering fishing trips, pleasure boat cruises, and a ferry service across to the resort town of Torquay. The town also boasts two beaches, the more central Breakwater Beach, and Shoalstone, where there is also a fantastic 53 metre tidal pool which provides safe swimming no matter the conditions out at sea.
This property offers single-storey accommodation for two guests. On entering, guests first come to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its comfortable sofa and armchair, Smart TV, and DVD player. The dining area separates the lounge area from the kitchen which is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The first of the property’s two bedrooms, is a double room, whilst the second bedroom is a cosy single room. The shower room has an electric shower and WC.
Outside, there is a patio area to the front of the property which is furnished with a table and chairs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy drinks in the evening. The park itself has a small shop for buying basic necessities and attractive views over the River Dart. There is allocated parking for one car next to the property and additional parking available on-site.
