The property is decorated and furnished to a very good standard with some modern and retro style touches. There is a small patio area at the front of the property, just perfect for a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Radiating a warmth of its own, Brixham nestles in the rugged cliffs at the southern end of the English Riviera. Life in Brixham centres around its pretty harbour which is a 10-minute walk from Samphire Lodge. The property is situated on the main road into Brixham, within easy reach of the town’s amenities yet without the hustle and bustle. There are so many wonderful places to visit nearby including Shoalstone art deco outdoor pool, Golden Hind Museum Ship, Berry Head Nature Reserve and boat trips across to Torquay. Enjoy the local fish and chips and amazing cafés. Then further afield if you wish to leave Brixham for the day, there is Torquay, Dartmouth and Paignton, and some magnificent National Trust properties to visit. Sailing, golf, fishing, horse riding and more can all be found in this wonderful part of Devon. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
