Thank you for the review. In comparison to other developments in the area, we are more private and no other cabins are behind us. There is a cabin across a ways on the other side of the pond and one across the street. Per the check in information and listing information, it was clear we do not provide shampoo or conditioner. I’m sorry you missed that on the check in information and on the listing but thrilled you all had a great time and enjoyed the stay!

Hi Teresa, Thank you for the review. The blinds in the bedroom are new and in order to open you have to push a button and push up on the bottom of the blinds. It’s newer technology so understand the confusion. Also, we weren’t aware of the paper towel holder. I did verify with the cleaning team the chairs are not broken, but a slight crack on a couple which is to replaced. However, if something is broken and you realize this during your stay or if something isn’t up to par or your standards, I would encourage you to reach out to the host. I never heard anything so was unable to fix this. If you would have reached out, would have addressed all of your concerns. As far as outdoor furniture, you’re in the woods and in the country. Dust will settle on furniture despite it’s cleaned after every turn. Also cobwebs pop right back up outside right after you remove them in the country unfortunately. Broken Bow is very rural and the area is very remote. I realize you came from the metro area so probably wasn’t expected the area to be so remote. You also brought a cat along and failed to disclose that which is not allowed at our cabin. We only allow dogs. I would recommend disclosing a pet next time as that’s the ethical thing to do.
