VACSA No Casa for us
We never got to see this property thanks to VACASA's terrible customer service. 45 minutes on hold while trying to locate the property. 35 minutes of texting back and forth until they finally provided the owners contact info. She was very nice and apologetic. But we were over it and tired and booked a hotel with EXPEDIA and got a good night's sleep.
