"We were very happy to stay in this hotel. Has kitchen, bedroom, extra queen bed in living room. Rooms, kitchen and bathroom are very clean. You feel like you came back home in very clean house. No bad smells. Everything fresh and clean. Price is very good for hotel with kitchen. Stacy manager in hotel is very nice and sweet lady. We will come back here for sure. "

"The condo was spacious and the kitchen very well supplied with lots of dinnerware, pans & spices etc. The overall living area was so comfortable and relaxing with a great beach theme but not overly done. It would be nice if the main shower head could be updated and to include a hand-held wand. We couldn't get enough of the views from almost every room of the condo. Absolutely beautiful!"

"This property is beautifully kept and maintained and Barbara and Patrick really go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Very thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, toiletries, and other things that were appreciated on our weekend getaway. The property is very quiet and restful and was perfect for our needs. The location was great for our needs too. Brookings is a cute small town with amazing beaches and scenery that we loved exploring. We also used it as a base camp to explore the redwoods which are only about 30 minutes away. We will definitely be back on our next trip to southwestern Oregon!"
