Our room wasn't cleaned when we checked-in (9pm), despite housekeeping saying it was.
We were moved to another room, but had to go request bath towels because we had none.
Bottom of stairwell reeked of cigarette smoke (as did a front desk staff).
Room was nice. Bathroom could use a serious update (mold spot on ceiling from water damage).
"Hot" tub was very cloudy & not at all hot. Room showers did not provide very hot water...

That being said, the hotel needs a good cleaning. From the lobby to the rooms. You can tell they just run a rag through everything and call it clean. It also smelled like smoke everywhere. Can't stand cigarette smoke! Hope they do a better job at appearance and cleanliness."
