"Amazing hotel with nice rooms and great staff members. The location is nice for first time visitors and is easy to catch the public transportation from this area."
"Facilities in rooms were very good and nice views of the river. Hotel decor on the tacky side and bar staff were rather curt and keen to upsell drink orders. "
"The room was clean and the area was quiet. Märkisches Museum U-Bahn station was right outside the hotel which was very convenient. The mini bar included bottles of waters and beers on the first day but had to be collected from the front desk for the rest of the stay. The sauna was good, although it would have been better if the hours were more flexible - it's between 4pm and 11pm. Overall a good hotel for the price, would stay again! "

"Couldn’t recommend this location more.
They have a 24 hour comment space which is great for working, and always has snacks and coffee. The location is great, nearby everything.
But most of all, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and greeted me by name every time I walked in and out."

"I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel because of its location to my family, but never have. This particular trip I absolutely needed to be next to Alexander plots for the convenience of my airplane departure, so I booked it here for three nights and it was absolutely perfect. I only needed a small room so the price was right. Staff was amazing with daily room cleaning to boot. Thank you so much for the great day. Would gladly recommend and do it again. Another one of the big draws, is that because you’re so close to the train station it makes it easy to get in and out, but the biggest plus was that you can get a Döner almost any time of the day. Perfect! A+."
"Bra läge vid (i) Ostbahnhof. Lätt att ta sig till och från flygplatsen och sen ut på de olika dagsutflykterna. Ett stort plus är att man som medlem i deras kundklubb får gratis dagsbiljetter till kollektivtrafiken.
