"This stay was not so grand at all. One star is being generous. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the photos online don’t match reality. The room was dirty, everything smelled like weed (including the bed sheets), and the whole place felt neglected. Something even bit me while I slept. On top of that, the environment felt unsafe with very questionable activity around the property, and the staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. To make it worse, I was charged an additional “service fee” with no clear explanation of what that was for, which felt completely unjustified given the condition of the stay. I was genuinely uncomfortable the entire night and thankful it was only a one-night stay. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay. This place needs serious attention before it should be considered acceptable for guests."

"Front desk, bar/restaurant staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Conveniently located to the cruise port make it a great choice for your Ft Lauderdale stay! "

"This place seemed a bit old, stained carpets,bathroom door didnt close propertly, but overall clean just needed a bit upgrades. Breakfast was average, very friendly customer service."
