"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this VRBO—truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.Our family arrived on Friday—my husband and I, our three children and their spouses, and our seven grandchildren. We take an annual family trip each year, and this time we truly couldn’t have picked a nicer home.The home itself is stunning, perched high on a hill with breathtaking views of the frozen lake below. Waking up to that peaceful, picturesque scenery each day felt like something out of a postcard. On the other side of the house, there’s a walking and biking trail that stretches for miles, making it perfect for getting outside and enjoying the surroundings.What really sets this place apart, though, is how thoughtfully it’s stocked. The owners have truly thought of everything—plenty of towels, dishes galore, and even a high chair. We’ve stayed in many rentals, but this one goes above and beyond.Every detail has been considered, from the beautiful décor to the comfortable furnishings, and it genuinely feels like a home away from home. The grandkids especially loved the bunk beds—they thought they were the best thing ever! Everything you could possibly need is already here.If you’re looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway with all the comforts you could ask for, this is the place. Grab your coffee and a good book, sit out on the deck, watch a bald eagle soar overhead, and take in the calming sway of the tall pine trees in the breeze.We can’t recommend it highly enough "

The new owners, John Joe, Sharon, and Michelle are the ones that I met as they were just taking over the property and it was clear that guest experience was of the upmost importance to them. "Great for a winter getaway, close to ample trails in Pillsbury state forest. The cabin is cozy and has everything you need and then some. There were kitchen things we brought but did not need because it was well appointed. More than ample space for two and a Lovely gift from host. The place is very clean. A nice place to stretch or yoga upstairs. Would love a curtain or two here and there but only for sleeping in purposes, there’s really no risk of folks seeing you. Sauna was lovely on a snowy evening. "
