    "Just because I had a well priced personal deal through Expedia that shouldn’t have meant that I got awhat looked like the worst room up a flight of stairs that felt like the servants quarters, that had mould and mildew around the window and in the bathroom. Room desperately in need of refurbishment. Although I had read that the hotel had a lift, which was essential for my needs, there was no mention in the description that this room was stairs only access. I didn’t request lift access as assumed..."
