"We stayed in the room overlooking the courtyard, the woman that checked us in had a great disposition and was very friendly but what cemented my loyalty to this particular hotel was they didn't charge me in early check-in fee that went a long way in regards to my loyalty to certain hotels. I travel quite a lot to Lancaster this will be my forever home July retire from my job! To all the staff thank you for making me feel at home we'll see you soon. Keith Durkee. "Perfect stay from start to finish! Fast, easy, professional check-in. Free water supplied with in room fridge. Room was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable, great climate control, amazing architecture with exposed brick and beams, high ceilings. Copious hot water in the bathroom. Free coffee in the morning was quite good. Rooms mostly quiet but avoid nearest the elevator if chatter disturbs you. The restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended for dinner! Cozy lobby with fireplace is a great meeting spot. Easy effortless checkout. Front desk gave great breakfast recommendation, loved The Neotune Diner, thank you!"
