The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs.

Lovely property, convenient location to get around Belgium. My only gripe was the neighbour who kept coming into the balcony to smoke weed every 15-20 minutes.

Not enough toilet roll, bin liner and not much space in bedrooms. Overall cleanliness was good. Rang the holiday suites several times due to some errors.

Excellent family base for exploring the coast.
Located in an industrial area of the Belgian coast, yet easily accessible to the coastal resorts by tram and Brugge by train. Stayed in a deluxe apartment, spacious for 3 people but quite small for 6. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Could do with more mirrors and bigger mugs for a decent cup of tea.

Nice hotel but poor service
They are charging a very handsome amount for cleaning besides the actual booking but no cleaners for service and you have to clear up the bins after your stay . Very poor service but location is great .

Wifi was terrible, apartment was a big room divided into three small sections, staff never appeared during the whole stay but 10 minutes before checkout time(10 AM) to remind about leaving the room on time.

Storybook setting, glorious vacay destination
“Absolute surprise”, that’s my family’s reaction when we opened the door in our hotel room. It’s exactly as how it’s shown on the website. This is one of my favorite hotels. The floor plan is perfect. Every square foot was used for the customer’s delight. I have 3 daughters aged 19, 15, 10 so the triple bunk bed was perfect and my kids absolutely loved the fact that it’s equipped with their own lighting, very clean and comfy bed/bedding. My husband and I totally appreciate the separate room for privacy via sliding doors so it feels like a two bedroom hotel. The bathroom is ultra-modern and very clean, luv it. There’s plenty of storage room in the open concept closet at the main entrance. As a family, we enjoyed the separate living room/dining room/kitchen apart from the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with plates, cups, cutleries, cooking utensils, stove, microwave oven/oven, coffee maker, kettle and cleaning products. The view from our windows creates a feeling that captures our souls, the harbor, the massive ships and quiet neighborhood cars that pass by leisurely. No hustle and bustle. The location is perfect for a family who is willing to drive 10 mins to central Brugges. We enjoyed the quiet small town drives. We marveled the orca-sized ships towards the docks and mesmerized by the bridge that opens and close to accommodate the slow paced movement of the ships, one after another.

Très sympa et conforme aux attentes
Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes et la chambre nous convenait parfaitement. C’était propre et très agréable. Nous avions notre espace parents et un petit espace enfants juste pour dormir. Nous avions la place pour manger et faire des jeux de société et où regarder tranquillement la télé en français !! Séjour très apprécié par tout le monde… nous reviendrons !!!

L'hôtel est facile d'accès en voiture , rapport qualité prix correct , l'hôtel n'est pas très loin du centre ville et carrefour market est à proximité et plage à côté . Chambre agréable. Toutefois pensez à prendre un torchon, du saupalin ,un tapis de bain, serviettes de bain et gel douche,shampoing.

Appartement pour 5 bien agencé. Il n'y a pas d'accueil, les instructions se font par téléphone une fois que le mail de réservation est envoyé. A noté que la piscine couverte est dans l'hotel qui est à côté. Elle étais accessible du bâtiment où nous étions logés. Par contre, il faut réserver bien avant votre arrivé. L'appartement était propre. Petit bémol, il faudrait peut-être soulever le sommier du lit superposés pour nettoyer en dessous.

Terrible servicio. No hay toallas, hay que pagarlas independientemente. Nosotros llegamos a las 9 pm y no teníamos como secarnos las manos ni bañarnos. Hay que hacer las camas y recoger las sábanas y ponerlas en una bolsa afuera. El vecindario es feo todo en construcción a los alrededores. No puedes pedirle a nadie cosas adicionales. Las sábanas y colchonetas manchadas. Tenia mal olor del drenaje. NUNCA ME VOLVERÍA A ALOJAR AHÍ.

También se menciona que trabajamos con recepción digital, nos pueden contactar por teléfono todos los días de 8 a 22 horas y allí puedes preguntar todo lo que necesites.Así que creo que en muchos puntos de sus comentarios nuestro concepto no les quedó del todo claro. Arabanız varsa, uyguna konaklamak istıyorsanız ve cocuk faktorunden dolayı evde yemek yapabılmek istıyorsanız bolgedekı ıyı seceneklerden. bır resepsıyon yok. rezervasyondan sonra sıze mail atıyorlar, orda bına ve oda gırıs sıfreleeı onlarla gece 11 de eve gırdık.. havlu-sabun yok.. carsaflar var, sız takıp cıkarıyorsunuz, onlar takılı olsa daha ıyı olurdu.. evde mutfak esyaları gayet yeterlı. bulasık makınesı için tablet, bez, sungerde bırakmışlar.. otopark ucretsız.
