Great location, a 5 minute walk to the main square. Nice bar. Loads of restaurants nearby. Quiet. Does breakfast, but we didn’t try it.

Good hotel at a great location for the centre of Bruges. Hotel parking was a bonus though only a few spaces so need to ask in advance. Bedroom a bit dated, pillows awful. Bathroom modern and clean.

Stop scrolling. If you are going to Prague this your only choice. Amazing hotel, team and facilities. Litterally across the road from the centre of town. Honestly cannot rate this place more highly

Lovely boutique Hotel
Wonderful hotel in the center which was beautifully themed for Christmas and added to the great feeling we had in Bruges. Very clean room and lovely beds.

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. They were more than happy to arrange a taxi for us when leaving and stored our luggage on either side of our trip. We did find our room could have done with a slightly deeper clean (such as drains and under the bed) but the daily clean and refresh was very good. The breakfast was very good, with a large selection of continental options and hot items. The hotel is literally a 3 minute walk from the main square with great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is very well located and the rooms are a good size. The bar and breakfast options were very helpful and we used them a few times. Staff were very pleasant and the location cannot be beat.

The staff at Acacia was fantastic, caring, and attentive, and going the extra mile to help us after our carry-on bag with MacBook and IPad had been stolen in the train to Bruges. During our 3-week stay in Europe, this was by far the nicest hotel and the best experience we had, the service was beyond perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect as well, very central, but in a quiet, non-touristy street. Will definitely come back!

Loved the hotel and the staff was great. Location was perfect to walking everywhere, and the hotel parking lot was convenient. Highly recommed the hotel, BUT, the only problem was the WiFi - it was slow or nonexistent. Gave up trying to connect. The manager told us that they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.

Lovely surprise
Charming hotel in the middle of Bruges. Large room with a generous bathroom and a wonderful bed. All the modern conveniences. You even get a private patio with a small table and chairs. Couldn't have asked for a cleaner or nicer place. An outstanding value!

My friends and I stayed at Hotel Acacia during our 2 night stay in Bruges. What a wonderful hotel! The room were clean and very nice. We had the superior family room and it had 2 sleeping areas (one could be closed off with French doors in you chose to do so) which was perfect for us! The location was great. The hotel was a very short walk to the market square and the shopping area. It had a nice little courtyard where you could relax. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Bruges!

Hotel Acacia is in a perfect location. It is right in the center - just a stone throw away from restaurants and shops and only a short walking distance to all the major sites in Bruges but tucked away in a quiet street so you can get a good night’s sleep. We stayed in Room 151 and thought that it was spacious and comfortable, a rare find in Europe. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. We’d love to come and stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Bruges in the future!

This was my third time in Bruges and I actually thought I’d booked at the place I stayed at before, but I was mistaken. Whilst this place was fine I was disappointed when I realized my mistake. The room was comfortable enough but noise from other rooms could be heard, such as chairs moving across the floor above, doors slamming and people coughing. I will say though the location is great, very close to the main square and shopping areas. The staff could also be a little more friendly and welcoming, which is one of the things I loved about the previous place I stayed at.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Acacia. I appreciated that they had a separate room to store my luggage. Checking in was easy and the room was beautiful- spacious, well decorated, and very clean. The hotel itself was beautiful and easy to walk to all the sights in Bruges. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and my room was very spacious and cute. Only thing I didn’t like is that it was advertised that there’s laundry and the staff informed me that it’s no longer available. Also, the wifi was very spotty especially during the rain. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.
