This duplex is located on the second and third floor and has an area of 94 m².
Once upstairs you enter the luxurious living room with open kitchen, adjacent to the kitchen is a storage room and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with every luxury, including hob with extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
