"This is one fine hotel situated next to the Arlanda Express station. I stayed on 5th floor and the room overlooks a quiet courtyard. Bathroom was clean but small. There is a tub but no curtain or door makes for a wet and messy bathroom after shower. Room has a console table that functions as a desk. The lobby is large and has many chairs, tables, pool table and other games. The free breakfast exceeds my expectations. Price is not cheap but is very good value. Next time I go to Stockholm again I will stay here."

"Great hotel in a perfect location but no bell hops to help with luggage which is needed given the many stairs one has to navigate getting to the room. Tough going if you have significant baggage like going on a cruise."

"The hotel is clean, modern, and centrally located. It is 300 meters away from the central station, and 10-15 mins walk to King's Garden and other popular locations. What impressed us the most was the hospitality of the hotel staff, especially Greg and Sofia at the front desk. The evening we arrived, the window of our room was not closable; they upgraded our room to a much more spacious room/suite, giving us an unforgettable experience."

"The hotel is in a nice location, an easy walk from the Rådmansgatan metro station. The breakfast buffet is huge and excellent, and the staff are very helpful. Rooms are comfortable, though the washroom in mine had an odor of raw sewage throughout my stay. Beds are very comfortable."

"Allt helt ok. Trevliga rum om än lite bökigt med sängen längst in mot väggen, så att den som låg innerst var tvungen att krypa över den andre för att komma ur sängen. Personal i lobbyn trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det som dock var en liten besvikelse var att duschhållaren i duschen var trasig. Det hade naturligtvis städerskan noterat innan vi fick tillgång till rummet, men tyvärr ingen som åtgärdade felet. En ännu större besvikelse var hamburgaren. Hade några timmar innan tåget skulle avgå, så beställde därför hamburgare i receptionen/lobby, Det skulle jag inte ha gjort. Det var nog största skämt till hamburgare jag skådat och ätit. Det var en liten prefabricerad burgare som varit fryst och mest troligt uppvärmd i micro. Var dessutom inte helt tinad! Till sist varför inte bjuda på kaffe/te?"

"We stayed for 5 nights for a small holiday in Stockholm. On arrival it was a really nice location by the water and adjoined to on of Stockholm's many national parks. The hotel felt smart and sleek. You were well looked after by staff if you needed anything. We were English speaking and that wasn't an issue. Breakfast was well thought out. A good selection of hot and cold options, bread station, coffee, juice and pastries. The only issues we had were we were travelling as three with our young daughter. We had to ask each day for towels for the room as it was made up for two each time. We also after booking were told there was on additional cost of roughly £30 per night for a bed for my daughter to have her own bed set in the room. That may not have been the properties fault and the issue might of lied with hotels.com. we did search as a family of three and everywhere we've stayed in the past you would always have a separate bed for your child to sleep inclusive in your booking price. We did make this clear to the hotel but this was their policy and additional charge for a bed for your child. I think having known that beforehand we would have chosen somewhere else to stay as to us it's a hidden upsell cost that's unfair and unclear to the guest. Again this issue could lie with hotels.com or the hotel depending on how they advertise it to potential customers. We did have a lovely stay and holiday though. And located nicely out of the bustle of the city."
