"The Front desk staff were so professional, kind & helpful to us, especially the Woman that worked the evening shift on 7/13/26. We requested a fan for our room & she not only acquired one from another Hotel for us but she offered to bring it up to our room (401)! All the time remaining so pleasant to us.
