The hotel is brand new. In fact, it's not even finished yet. Most of the interiors were still being worked on. My single room looked like it had just been released in a rush job. (I'm guessing the contractors are late and were clearly getting a little sloppy.) Once they are done (and if they can get their contractors to properly finish their work), it should be a very nice apartment hotel, with all the amenities for a longer stay (except for a safe, but maybe they will add that later?)
One element of bad design that I hope they can still address is that there is are no outlets, light switches, or lights by the bed. This meant I had cables strung across the room to the bedside table, and promptly tripped on them as I went from the front door (where the only light switch is) to the bed in the dark. They need to, at minimum, add a small bedside lamp.
The location is a little in the middle of nowhere if you are a tourist. I picked it for a short overnight stay before a morning flight since it was cheaper than airport hotels. It's about 3 Euro and 25 minutes by public bus to the airport. Unfortunately the morning of my flight the bus never showed up and I had to flag down a taxi. The hotel also offers a paid airport shuttle service. There is a metro station a 5-10 minute walk away that will take you directly into the city center, but it is a little hard to find (it's in the middle of a college campus) and the ticket machine may or may not accept your credit card or coins.
