Co-located with a student residence, this hotel was fine for a quick, budget stay. Bare bones but had everything as advertised.

The room was "fine" but the parking lights didn't come on early in the morning, AND one of the elevators didn't work but wasn't marked out of order (we were stuck in the elevator for 19 minutes until someone forced the doors open), BOTH felt very unsafe!!! The hallway had a bad smell and the AC didn't work in my room. The "staff" were friendly, but they are staffed by college students who are not always available and couldn't "do" anything about the lights or elevator. This could be a great option for staying just outside of Brussels with easy access to transportation, but with the elevators being ify and the lights in the parking area not working I will not stay here again.

The property is a student residence with some other guests. I stayed one night but had four fire alarms as they were trying to cook, I believe. The reception desk sent emails, and that made the check-in easy.

Good location , close to the metro. 15 minute ride to city center. Has a grocery store on the bottom floor. Breakfast would be nice.
