Looking for the perfect quiet space to get away from your busy, every day life? A place where you can breathe fresh air, enjoy the calming sounds of nature, and simply relax? GrandView is just what you're looking for.

This beautiful, new two bedroom, two bath home is tucked away in the Mountains just minutes from downtown Bryson City. With it's quiet peaceful location you can either just come to the cabin, relax and enjoy OR you can use it as a base camp for all your mountain adventures. Grandview is perfect for couples, friends, or families. Inside, this lovely home has a spacious living space. The living room area features a beautiful floor to ceiling rock gas fireplace, flat screen tv, and comfortable furnishings. Open to the living area is the fully stocked kitchen, which features granite counter tops, stainless appliances. Who needs to go out to dinner, when you can make a nice meal right in the comfort of the home?! The master boasts a king-sized bed, flat screen tv and a private bath with a tiled walk-in shower. There is also a game room in the loft, which features a pool table. If the outdoors is what intrigues you, then you'll definitely enjoy the large front porch with rocking chairs and the AMAZING View. You'll also enjoy a quiet night sitting by the fire, roasting marshmallows or making smores. For ultimate relaxation, don't forget you have a private hot tub waiting for you to unwind at the end of your day.

Grand View is located within 15 minutes to the Nantahala River Gorge, where you will find an abundance of outdoor adventures such as; white water rafting, kayaking, zipline canopy tours, hiking, and Tsali biking trails. It is also located within 15 minutes to Bryson City, where you can indulge in the town's boutique shops, various dining options, and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. If you're wanting to visit the Cherokee Indian Reservation or the Great Smoky Mountain Parkway, it is only a 30 minute drive. Come enjoy the Smokies with us today! Peaceful & Beautiful

We were looking for a calm, beautiful, relaxing getaway for our 5 year wedding anniversary and we sure found it here! This house had the most picturesque view we have ever seen and we spend a lot of time in the mountains. The accommodations are great and the location feels isolated but is close to a lot of things to do.

Unfortunately, our stay was cancelled due to hurricane Helene, but the property management company was great to Deal with. We will definitely be booking at this location again in the future

Gorgeous view

The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed ! The hot tub and fireplace were perfect ! Everything was very clean! Bryson city was only a 20 minute drive, about half of that was getting down the mountain - LOL. The road to the cabin was not too bad either. We would definitely stay again!

Spectacular Views

The cabin was beautiful and well layers out. We actually chose to stay at the cabin several days instead of exploring around the area. The view was amazing so no need to travel! We did of course explore the area and loved everything! The climb to the cabin was crazy but worth it!!

Beautiful Getaway

Amazing views with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Secluded and very quiet location. Sunsets off the back porch on the rocking chairs with a hot tub and fire pit to enjoy as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook - even spices and frosty mugs!

Beautiful Mountain cabin

We absolutely loved the location and beauty of this cabin. Everything you could possibly need for cooking. The sunsets from the hot tub is amazing. Wish we had more time to explore but decided to stay at the mountain retreat for a few days of our six day stay to enjoy the outdoors and the quiet. Thanks so much for a great retreat

Excellent Getaway

It was just what we were looking for! A nice, quiet, clean place and a hot tub with a fabulous view. And we got it all! It was an exciting drive to the top, but the stunning view from the top was well worth it! Everything was adequately appointed - we had everything we needed. The cabin was very nicely cleaned and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

Beautiful Views

Had a great time. Views are amazing along with the sunsets. You do need 4wd or AWD to get up the rocky steep hills leading to the property. All in all very nice property and house. Well stocked kitchen and hot tub was nice.

A beautiful cabin with glorious view!

We thoroughly enjoy staying this beautiful cabin. The front porch view was breathtaking. Everything was clean and functional. It’s a bit of an uphill drive to get to the cabin. But well worth it!

The perfect escape!

This property was exactly as described. After renting many VRBO’s in the past, this property was hands-down the cleanest we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Every amenity we needed was thought of. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. The views are amazing.. God‘s handiwork at its finest.

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our short stay! The home was spotless and fully stocked! The Mountain views were spectacular with added bonus of the Northern Lights one night! The road to the home is a challenge. AWD is a must and the road is not only steep and curvy but has deep potholes and ruts. Be sure your first visit is in daylight.

Amazing Getaway

House was perfect! Sun is very bright in the house at sunset but the view is amazing. Wish we had brought a 4WD car, but we figured out how to make the climb work with our 2WD SUV. Would highly recommend!

Glorious Mountain Getaway

Gorgeous property with everything you could wish for! We cooked some at home & were thrilled to have all needed equipment & conveniences at hand. The location is waaay up the mountain but completely worth the effort. Jennifer was so helpful & quick to respond to us. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

View in the sky

Stayed here for the weekend for some fishing and just relaxing. This place is amazing from the cabin itself to the view you get at night and the morning. My only issue is the road to get there. You have to have an AWD/4wd car. It’s a pretty steep incline to get to the cabin. I wouldn’t expect less though with the view you get.

WV Soccer & Autumn Getaway

This property is awesome. Love the design, layout, and furnishings. Everything you need and expect (and some extra's) is there - just as represented. I like the location being remote but also close to BC. Down at Bryson, the rail excursion to Nantahala was super, and if you go choose the Piedmont car, and ask for Bill as your host. Bill is top shelf.

Amazing View, Bad Driveway

Probably the cleanest House I've stayed in using VRBO, view was insane but the detail where they said the driveway is a little rough is correct. You will need an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive to get to the house.

Perfect Escape

I have stayed in Bryson City several times, but this was my boyfriend’s first time. The cabin was EXACTLY as described and shown in pictures. It was stocked with lots of tools for us to cook and relax, had better views than shown in the pictures, and was the ideal hideaway. It was such a perfect stay that my boyfriend said “I’m leaving a piece of my heart behind”. Definitely need of 4WD/AWD vehicle to access the property.

Amazing mountain view

Amazing place, seems new, gas fireplace and appliances. Initially disappointed with the obstructed view and just one call to the number and someone was there that day cutting down the obstructions and what an amazing view for the whole time we were there. We appreciated the quick response. The drive up was challenging especially meeting someone coming down the mountain. Enjoyed our trip

Unreal Mountain Paradise

My wife and I just got back from a 4-night stay. WOW! The home is perfect- spacious, new and clean, with all the right amenities for an upscale stay. The location is isolated, which really makes you feel like you are far away from everything- a great break from our routine. And the view...what can I say? There is nothing but trees for literally hundreds of miles. Make sure you plan on being on the deck for the sunsets. What a treat! We plan on coming back often. Everything was perfect!!!

Spectacular Mountain Views

The mountain views were amazing and we enjoyed watching the Sunsets every night. Overall the cabin was exactly as described and it was very clean and comfortable. Wished there was a bedside table in the bedroom downstairs and an umbrella for the outdoor deck area. It was extremely hot the week we were there and we couldn't really sit outside because there wasn't any shade. Other than that, it was a beautiful cabin and I can't wait to go back!
