The perfect cozy cabin for our family

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay when we came to town for the Polar Express. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated for the holiday. Our kids (13, 11 and 3) loved the loft and the whole family enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome stay! Couldn’t ask for a better property for a nice weekend getaway for my wife’s birthday weekend. The house was very clean and organized. The indoor decor was everything that you needed to make your mountain cabin experience memorable. Chris and Angie were awesome hosts. We will definitely be back.

This cabin was excellent! Perfect location to downtown Bryson City. 4 high school friends were celebrating turning 70 this year. The cabin was spotless, perfect size for 4, location, just everything. The hosts were very accessible and responded to questions immediately. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone! Loved it!

Weekend Refresher

The property is nestled up a slight hill under the trees and a short ride to town or a close grocery store. A larger frront porch with a table and chairs is an ideal eating and reading spot, a frequent hummingbird a perfect companion. A grilling area in the rear with a covered hottub in the back, as well as a separate area firepit area offer plenty of space to spread out. The property itself is tastefully decorated to echo a mountain retreat, comfort and casual sophistication being a dominant aesthetic throughout the home. Details from a starter supply of coffee pods and chocolate to comfortable, pillow-stuffed beds make this a perfect retreat. Of note, there was a much appreciated pack n play for our 21-month-old.

Nice place in a great location

Stayed here with three others for a fews days of fishing in the Smokies. The house was small but well equipped for cooking and grilling and was very clean. The location is excellent and a few mins easy drive to downtown. You could walk as well if you wanted. There are plenty of restaurants/bars and shops downtown to enjoy. If you need any supplies or food, there is also an Ingles grocery store less than 5 mins away. Outside, the fire pit was perfect for relaxing post fishing/activities. Chris and Angie, the owners were awesome with their communications and very responsive. They made the arrival and check-in easy. One thing to be aware of is that the property is listed as a 3 bedroom with the filters. There are three places to sleep but I wouldn't consider the loft area a separate bedroom. It's a comfortable foam mattress but doesn't have a door for privacy. Overall, I recommend this place and will stay again on the next visit.

Very nice unit. Wonderful amenities. Great proximity to downtown Bryson City (5 min). For us the rear deck was the best feature as we like sitting outside. Beds very comfortable. Unit is just off Highway 19...so if sitting on front deck you do get some highway noise. Owners very responsive and very helpful as this was our first time to Bryson City. November visit...went to Cherokee casino for nice dinner (less than 20 minutes). Though over 60 couple, we did the Polar Express train ride...fun!
