Main level has the Master Bedroom+Bath, Open Concept Living/ Kitchen area, Washer/Dryer room, and walkout onto the Deck where you'll find Adirondack chairs, A propane BBQ grill, and Picnic table.

The master bathroom has a gorgeous soaking tub and tiled shower, and provides a truly spa-like experience.
Surrounded by windows with the beautiful forest visible from every window, the spa is the perfect remedy for a long day of hiking!

Lower Level has the Professionally designed Movie Theatre, Game room with Billiards, Foosball, a custom walnut Poker Table, Room with 4 comfortable XL Twin bunk beds, a common area full bathroom with bathtub, and another King Bedroom with closet.

Guest access
Guest has access to the entire indoor and outdoor space. We ask that guests do not venture into the woods around the house as there are some areas of steep grade and may be perilous. For hiking trails, the Fontana Lake Estates community has ample hiking trails and a community marina and pavilion with grilling area and horseshoes.
Other things to note
Note: Fontana Lake Estates does not provide boat rentals, but you can rent a boat at the nearby Alarka marina. if you have a boat, you are able to store it and launch it from the Marina which is a short 10-minute drive from the home within Fontana Lake Estates!

4WD vehicles are highly recommended from December-April

We have an extra guest fee after the 6th person for $35 per night

Water Heater Notice
Please note that the cabin is equipped with an on-demand water heater. While it provides continuous hot water for regular use, filling the soaking tub may temporarily reduce the supply. The system will quickly recover, but we kindly ask for your patience if this occurs.
