Our thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom apartment provides a comfortable and inviting space for your vacation. The living room features a plush 75'' Smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights, while the bedroom offers a restful retreat with a luxurious king-sized mattress and a 50'' Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease. Experience the charm of our boutique building, with a reception area, security, and an elevator available for your convenience (though you'll only need to ascend one flight of stairs). Take advantage of the shared rooftop area with ocean views and a refreshing pool.

We provide high-speed fiber optic internet with a wifi speed of 50mbps, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. Beach gear, including 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, is available for your convenience.

To enhance your experience, we offer a curated guidebook featuring our favorite restaurants, activities, secret spots, and must-visit beaches in the area. Our dedicated property manager will be readily available to assist you with any inquiries or requests during your stay, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Getting Around:
You are 1 block from the beach and 10 min walking to anything downtown. 2 blocks away there is an Oxxo, a very popular corner store that has a wide selection of snacks, beer, and more. The nearest grocery store is on the south end of town, Chedraui, so you would need to drive there. Also, if you wanted to do any day trips to places like Sayulita, San Pancho, San Sebastian, or Puerto Vallarta, having a car would be really nice. For these occasions, rent a car, take a taxi, or use Uber / Indriver.

Big TV

Condo was very clean and the 75 in TV was wonderful for watching hockey games. Ale snd Eric were very good and responded quickly to our needs. Some of kitchen utensils very small ie mini coffee pot, bread board and frying pans and no wine glasses, we bought some. Bed was very comfortable. Traffic noise could be very loud at times as Condo was close to Highway but we did enjoy our time there.

Nice but noisy

The condo itself is new, clean and suitable for two guests. There were several problems with the water - no hot water a few days and no water at all twice. The building is very close to the highway and the trucks use their engine retarder brakes directly behind the property, making it impossible to speak while they’re passing. The road into the area was constantly dug up on one side or the other while pipes were being replaced. Mud, ruts, and workers’ vehicles made for an uncomfortable ride, and this was the case for the entire month we were there.
