this charming studio is located in a beachfront condominium with ocean and pool views , on a prime stretch of beach North of Puerto Vallarta. Condo is a few steps from a swimming pool and community terrace and palapa, at this popular, friendly condo complex.
The space
this studio condo has a king size bed , a bathroom, kitchenette , and a terrace shared with other studio is on one of the best stretches of beach between Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita. Located in one of the best neighborhoods of the popular resort town of Bucerias, the condo is a short walk to Bucerias town center.
A swimming pool, which together with a poolside terrace with big
kitchen, and plenty of lounging areas make this place a popular choice with visitors from around the world. Several bars, restaurants and grocery stores within 2 blocks. Quiet residential area that is close enough to town center but far enough way from the noise and traffic. English speaking building staff to check you in and take care of anything you need. Overnight security staff to keep an eye on things and let you in the front door if coming home late from salsa dancing, etc.

the common areas are around the pool : the terrace, the palapa, longchairs ,also the kitchen at that terrace is common area, to use the kitchen at common area please ask at front desk , you need to book it

THE SWIMMING POOL HOURS ARE FROM 10:30 AM TO 10:00 PM.

THERE WILL BE NO LOUD MUSIC OR ANY LOUD NOISES ALLOWED THAT MIGHT DISTURB OTHER GUESTS AFTER 11:00 PM.

THERE ARE NO GLASS OBJECTS ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING POOL AREA.
GLASS OBJECTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PALAPA AND KITCHEN AREA.

DO NOT SWIM UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL. NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED DURING A LIGHTENING STORM

.BEFORE ENTERING THE SWIMMING POOL PLEASE TAKE A SHOWER TO WASH OFF THE SAND AND EXCESS OILS.

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AS THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

PLEASE USE APPROPIATE SWIMMING ATTIRE. REGULAR CLOTHING IS NOT ALLOWED.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE 12 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT 18 OR OVER AT ALL TIMES.

INDIVIDUALS ASSUME THE RISK FOR ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED WHILE USING THE POOL.

CONDOMINIUM CORAL BEACH IS NOT RESPONSABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS IN THE SWIMMING AREA.

DO NOT HANG TOWELS OR CLOTHING ON THE RAILINGS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITS.

DO NOT LEAVE TOWELS OR ANY OTHER ITEMS ON THE LOUNGE CHAIRS FOR MORE THEN ONE HOUR. ITEMS LEFT LONGER WILL BE REMOVED AND STORE AT THE FRONT DESK.

PLEASE USE THE TRASH CANS. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE IN THE COMMON AREAS.

NO SPEAKERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMON AREAS. MUSIC MUST BE KEEP AT A LEVEL THAT DOES NOT DISTURB OTHER GUESTS.

YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION AT THE FRONT DESK PRIOR TO USING THE COMMON AREA KITCHEN:
It is necessary to leave a deposit of 200 pesos, to ensure that the area is returned in good condition and as clean as possible, leaving the garbage deposited in bags and baskets that are located in the area, clean the kitchen counters, , with cloth that you will find at this area, and please return your dishes back to your suite. The refrigerator will run out of food as the maid will remove any forgotten food or drink when she cleans it. No sweeping or mopping required. Once your schedule is over, the deposit will be refunded.
If you use the gas grill please do not leave food in the rack
