Superb hotel albeit slightly hidden from the main road, The room was excellent with A1 aircon, which was key in the middle of summer. Reception very amenable and helpful, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Under 10 minutes from Kelenfold and access to Budapest.

The hotel is clean and modern. It was exactly what we needed for our 4 days in Budapest its a 5 min walk to the buses or 10 mins to the metro so getting to the centre was very easy. The only negative is that the path to the hotel is dark and there are abandoned vehicles and it feels rough.

Check in was professional with the gentleman at reception having a good sense of humour. Room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. It was quiet each night, so sleep was good. Shower worked very well with lots of hot water. Location was convenient to a large metro station, bus station, shopping centre and a nimber of restaurants. Wifi was good. Breakfast had lots of options, staff in breakfast area were helpful. Staff working at the bar were poor. Showed limited awareness of who was waiting longest to be served and consistently served local people before guests from further afield.

Good, colourful hotel

Good choice of hotel. Very cheap but with good amenities. Room was also a decent size, I thought it'd be smaller. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of range & options. The only thing is it's a bit of a walk from the bus stop/train station - not long but it was raining while we were there so it was a bit of an effort when going back & forth from the city centre.

The staff are very professional and helpful. They go above and beyond to help. They are available late in the evening or early in the morning. The property is located 10 10-minute walk to the tram stop (49) and the metro stop (M4). However, it takes 30-35 minutes to reach the attractions. Rooms are fundamental, but spotless and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping service is excellent! I stayed for 6 nights. The room was not that comfortable for that long. But if you stay 1-2 nights, it is a great hotel to stay at. The breakfast is OK. There was a lot of meat stuff and not much for non-meat eaters :-)

The man at reception was very pleasant and check in was straightforward. The room was clean and very quiet. Breakfast provided lots of options to eat and drink and was never crowded. The hotel had an excellent location close to a shopping centre, different restaurants and Kelenföld metro and bus station was nearby. The only negative was service at the bar. This was not organised very well with the woman at the bar one evening making no effort to serve guests in order, keeping my family and I waiting while serving others with no waiting time. She did this on a number of occasions which was frustrating, so we chose to have evening drinks elsewhere.

This is a budget hotel on the main road entering the city from the west. Noisy area with some industrial, commercial businesses next door. The property is gated so you feel safe inside. The hotel is under staffed, at the time of evening check-in one person is running the front desk and the bar at the same time, makes everything run slowly. The girl at the front desk at late evening check-in deserves all my compliments, she did everything to make the check-in experience pleasant, however one person was not enough for the front desk/bar operation. The room is basic, smaller than usual, it comes with basic amenities but no fridge. The breakfast in the morning was way better than expected, with delicious hot and cold items.
