Stayed 3 nights in this hotel and th only fault that we could find was that they turn off the air-conditioning/heating when not summer or winter and the room was quite warm otherwise it was the perfect hotel, centrally located, large comfortable rooms, helpful and professional staff and serve a great breakfast.
The location of this hotel is excellent. You step out the door and you are in the thick of the action.
The room is definitely smaller than what we anticipated.. The air conditioning is also very noisey which detracts from this hotel. But the location definitely makes up for some of this.
A lovely hotel spotlessly clean right in the centre of the city / would stay again and the food is fantastic and ate a few times/ my only feedback is we upgraded our room to a privileged room ( although it includes free drinks - I don’t drink alcohol) we did it as thought it has a guest lounge as I’m disabled and after a days walking like to sit chat and play cards with my husband but there is no longer a lounge which was a bit disappointing
Location was great, front desk people were helpful- would suggest the hotel to someone not planning to eat breakfast there which was really not well done.
Ideally located. Very modern and clean. The staff are very helpful and polite. Check-in was easy and the room was fairly spacious.
Just one thing to point out - we arrived late at night. Our GPS took us to an entrance that needed a room key to access after 10pm. So if you arrive late, go to the entrance near the car park ramp. We were 4 ladies wandering around at 1am!!
Everything about this property is top notch! From the staff to the amenities. Breakfast was the best I’ve experienced in Europe after years of travel back and forth for work. Great value for your money and location was in the heart of the city for easy walking to shopping and historical sites! Everything Expedia advertised and more!
Room was clean. Bathroom was very small. We had a problem with noise because our room was right beside the lift. Hotel staff were helpful and arranged for us to move to another room the following day as the hotel was full on the first couple of nights of our stay. The new room was much larger than the previous room and no issues with noise there.
