Kilkhampton Chalet
Small beach style chalet that we used for a week. Clean and in a good state of upkeep it is in a good location to explore both North Cornwall and North Devon. Very good communication with the host and a smooth check in and out process. The chalet comes with passes for the swimming pool / leisure centre on site (should it not be beach weather) plus there is a bar you can utilise with regular entertainment. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Lovely Lodge
A lovely lodge and well presented, ideal for our family stay. The lodge had everything we needed for our holiday and a nice homely feel. Will definitely be booking again.

Lovely chalet.
Lovely chalet, very clean and cosy. Annette was very welcoming and even offered to post a our phone charger we left behind to us. Kids enjoyed the games. Unfortunately there is no DVD player to play the dvds. And couldn't figure out how the WiFi worked. Other than that it had everything we needed for a lovely week. I would definitely stay here again. The site is under new management and are making lots of improvements the pool is great and king Arthur's had plenty of evening entertainment, great staff and lots to do for the kids including kids games, arcade and a party bus.

Lovely quiet location.
Stayed in the chalet with a family of 4.Lovely accommodation, very quiet and very well equipped.Indoor swimming pool on site with an unlimited entrance daily.Outdoor pool wasn't open at a time.A few miles away from a couple of gorgeous beaches.Very good communication with the host throughout our stay.Highly recommended!

Lovely clean and fresh property, well equipped and the packet of shortbread on arrival was a kind and welcoming touch. Set on a great site. Well located to get out and about and extremely dog friendly. Had a great time. Thank you.

The location was good as it is near to Bude. The site itself was empty for August - it is all a bit dated. Chalet had not been thoroughly cleaned. Skirting boards were thick with dirt, carpet needed a thorough hoover, mattress topper looked like it had the outline of a previous occupant, damp cleaning cloths left on the kitchen side. Generally a bit grubby. The total cost for my August week was about £590 (including the ‘servicing charge’) so I was willing to accept the beds weren’t great and the furniture in the lounge was old but I do expect a high level of cleanliness. There are no sheets or duvets covers - so this needs to be made clearer on the description as I only discovered this a few days before going. Swimming pool was listed on facilities but in fact, our chalet did NOT have access and you can’t pay to use it. I contacted owner who said swimming pool should not be on ‘facilities’. As for cleaning she said her friend on site does it. I have suggested a professional cleaner if renting to the public. All in all - good value but the cleaning issue and the lack of pool was disappointing. The chalet has potential - details need to be clearer, proper cleaning done and some newer furniture in lounge.

Hi Jane Thank you for your feedback, comments noted. I will make sure the lady I have to help me out (whilst I'm not on site) looks at your comments too. I did mention that there was only Evening Entertainment I didn't mention anything about swimming as you rightly said I don't have the Club Membership on my chalet as we do not know the certainty of the site. I 100% know the chalet was hoovered through on Friday (as a member of my family was staying) and again saturday before you arrived it was hovered. With regards Bed Linen, I have not advertised this was included. Clearly you didn't read this correctly. We have invested money in trying to make our chalet a little respectable for guests, adding new kitchen, bathroom etc. throughout the pandemic Apologies if you feel you it wasn't up to your standards but other guests have enjoyed their stay.

Fantastic stay
Very welcoming, very spacious and accommodating. Very clean and tidy. Little extras such as dvds and board games. Easy to find the property. Lots of amenities. Very chilled out stay and one happy baby too. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back 😊

Superschoon!
Dit huisje ligt op een park waar veel huisjes kriskras geplaatst zijn. Ons huisje lag verscholen tussen bossages en we konden het in eerste instantie dan ook niet vinden. De locatie en het klimaat zorgden er misschien voor dat het bij eerste binnenkomst wat muf rook. Maar het was verder helemaal spic&span! Het beddengoed rook heerlijk naar wasmiddel en ook de badkamer en keuken waren heel schoon. Het huisje is goed uitgerust, veel keukengerei en ook veel poetsmiddelen ;). Heerlijke bank! Het enige wat wat ons betreft beter kan is fijn meubilair om buiten te zitten. Het park heeft heel verschillende huisjes, sommigen oud, anderen heel mooi opgeknapt. Er is een restaurant in een oude mansion, waar ook gewerkt werd aan verfraaiing. Ook is er een zwembad (binnen). Dat was het wat ons betreft nét niet; niet zo'n fris water en ;je mocht er niet rennen, duiken of balspelen doen.
