Spacious Cornish beach house

A light and spacious 4 bedroom family home just a 3 minute walk to one of Cornwall’s premier beaches. The perfect base for exploring all the North Coast has to offer. Set in tranquil surroundings with exotic coastal planting to the front and a well-stocked floral and lawned garden to the rear. The property boasts a sheltered courtyard for alfresco dining and relaxing in the sun whilst a terraced area to the rear is equipped with a barbecue to grill your catch of the day!

This comfortable and attractive home has a large newly fitted kitchen-diner with log burner and a separate lounge with a smart TV. Out front there is off street parking for four vehicles. A modern utility room has washing, drying and ironing facilities making an extended self-catering break an absolute breeze.

Widemouth Beach is a three minute walk away and the South West Coastal Path which runs North to Bude or South towards Crackington Haven. Bude is a five minute drive by car and there are local bus services available and a bike link from Widemouth to the Bude cycle path. There are a number of restaurants cafes and a local shop all within walking distance. You will not be disappointed by the spectacular walks along the cliffs north and south of the Bay with various footpaths and bridleways that also head inland.

Whether you prefer long walks along the sandy shoreline or the fun of the numerous surf breaks, Widemouth Bay has it all. A multitude of pubs, restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours are all within walking distance and have something for all tastes and budgets. There is a village shop with a fish mongers for those hankering for locally sourced sea food. A five minute scenic drive sees you in the vibrant coastal resort of Bude, offering an array of supermarkets, eateries, craft shops, leisure centre with pool, soft play, bowling alley, more beautiful beaches and the famous sea pool.

FANTASTIC HOUSE

BEN AND RACHEL PROVIDED GREAT INFO PRIOR TO OUR STAY AND WERE AVAILABLE DURING OUR HOLIDAY TOO. HOUSE WAS SPOTLESS WITH BEAUTIFUL ARTISTIC , SEASIDE THEMED TOUCHES. IT'S A GREAT LOCATION SO NEAR THE SEA AND WE RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY .
