"I have been here a handful of times, and most often everything is good. The room this time, needed some updating. The light on the fan was loose, the shower door was loose, and the chair at the work desk was loose. The staff has always been helpful and attentive. When checking in, the staff gave us a bag with water and some cookies, and informed us of a "social" that evening with free food. The room situtation at this last visit won't deter me from visiting again. It's an affordable and safe option for folks needing a place to stay."

"The first room I was given had a terrible smell. When I opened the fridge, it had rotten food in it. The second room, once I complained, smelled better but once we laid down later that night we noticed the sheets were full of cigarette burns and had an awful cigarette smell. I will never again book without looking at the comments. Horrible experience. "

"Had new furniture, but it felt like lipstick on a pig. Parking was fine place felt grimy overall and some people got into a fight in front of our room around 12:30 at night. Didn’t help that we saw two people heavily strung out on drugs a couple blocks away. Though they were ok with dogs. "
