"Me encanto que las habitaciones y el baño estaban muy limpias, realmente en cuanto a limpieza le doy un 10 porque estuvo excelente. En general estuvo bien solo tuve un inconveniente que el primer día mi familia pidió almuerzo y la pechuga de pollo de mi mamá estaba algo salada y no se dijo nada. Luego pedí mi almuerzo pero mi bagre en salsa estaba extra salado, era demasiado y le comuniqué a la persona que nos estaba atendiendo y el no dio ninguna opción de solución ni nada. No volvimos a comer...

"En General bien , el río es magnífico, lo único malo es que cuando llegamos dije que quería almorzar y la de recepción dijo que claro que si , pero al desempacar e ir al restaurante dijeron que ya estába cerrado , tocó salir a buscar almuerzo "

"The hotel did not look nothing like the pictures we went to the front office and they walked us a block down the street. I think it was their second property. The room did not look nothing like the picture at all in the bed. The bed was the worst thing overall it was like sleeping on concrete. The mattress was so hard. It was like a rock mattress."

"El lugar es bonito y tranquilo. Lo malo es que se demoran mucho en responder cualquier solicitud, o peor aún, responden horas más tarde y dicen que ya están fuera de horario de atención. Además ofrecen un dichoso servicio de restaurante dizque todos los dias hasta las 10 de la noche, pero en realidad solo están disponibles de vez en cuando, y hasta bien temprano. "Good internet, neat and clean. I had a spacious room. Sufficient and nutritious breakfast. I prefer the hotel not to fill up the fridge with their own refreshment, so I can store mine. Also would be good if the hotel has hair dryer."
