"No complaints at all about the room or the facility in general. We did use the stairwell once and it had a pretty unpleasant odor. The elevator has been modified so the buttons don't work but it wasn't that obvious the first time we got in after using it once the updated touch pads were more obvious."

"It's different from a regular hotel. It's in a large remodeled home. The location is really good, close to downtown and Allentown. Parking is on the street. It's designed to feel more like a homestay so you interact with the staff more than at other hotels. Rooms and Hallways can be quite cramped though. If you are tall, watch your head going up the back stairway. The lower end rooms use loft frames to fit everything in, so if you're not a fan of bunk beds, keep that in mind."

"The Edward is a hidden gem in the Elmwood area of Buffalo. The room was large and spacious. It had nice amenities as well, including an area off the lobby for people to gather. Check in was super easy and the staff checked in every day with us to make sure we had everything we needed. There are only 6 parking spots on site, but on street parking was available. Very lovely - would definitely stay there again!"

"We went to Buffalo for my son's wedding. This was the perfect place for us. Very spacious, comfortable couches, new kitchen and bathroom, great little space for shoes and coats and a great porch where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. There's a little coffee bar and there were cold bottles of water in the fridge waiting for us. We also appreciated how very clean it was. It's near a large park where my son went jogging and it's a short walk on a sidewalked street to dollar general in case you need to get some supplies. Would absolutely stay here again."
