"Let me first say please do any and all research before you book this property. This neighborhood is awful. Literally witnessed someone break into the house across the street. We were scared to let the kids play outside. They do have a fenced in back yard, it’s barely hanging on, and the grass was not cut. We reached out on weds night expressing concerns with cleanliness and the grass - our kids wanted to at least run around in the back yard. It wasn’t safe for them to play in the front. After some back and forth the Owner got the front grass cut on Friday, but back yard did not get cut until Saturday at some point after we had left for the day. The house was not cleaned by a professional company - bathroom was absolutely disgusting, kitchen counters were gross. We literally wiped it down with a Clorox wipe and the wipe was brown, like brown brown. Oh and not to mention Saturday morning we opened the coffee maker to discover it had mold!!! Yikes! House def looks better on the pictures than in person, we were catfished. Would never book again, and felt like we threw over 1000 down the drain. "
Luxury 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Town Home/ Walk to Elmwood/ Garage/ EV Charger/ AC
10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I stayed here for four nights recently. The house is well kept and clean. It is very roomy and the kitchen had everything you could need. The bedrooms are upstairs and the stairway is spiral and narrow in spots so it was a little difficult to navigate with our heavy luggage. The bedroom's are large as is the upstairs bathroom. The W/D is in the bathroom which was nice to have since we had been in NYC for 5 days and put them to good use. There is plenty of space to hang clothes but not really a dresser to put other clothes. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms upstairs so that's where we slept. The neighborhood was quiet and we were very comfortable there. It's about 30 minutes to Niagara Falls and lots of restaurants and a grocery and Starbucks nearby. The house really met our needs and was very convenient for getting around."
"Our stay was amazing!! The house was super clean and comfy and so uniquely decorated, we loved it! The kids loved the games in the loft. The host was super responsive and helpful. We couldn’t get the keurig to work, which she said she will look into right after our stay, and she offered to DoorDash us coffee! So sweet! This was a family trip to Niagara Falls/Canada and location was great. We would definitely stay here again! "
