"Just got back from Fiesta Americana All-Inclusive Resort in Puerto Vallarta, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The vibe is warm, laid-back, and honestly feels like a home away from home. Shout-outs: Axel for taking care of us from the moment we arrived until we left; Yonni and Andres for the best cool poolside service; Jorge and Ezekiel planned fun activities and games with infectious energy; Felipe for great breakfast and lunch; Josephine, Monce, and the spa crew for relaxing massages, and last but not least, Judith and the housekeeping team for taking care of everything we needed every day and making us feel looked after. Raymundo, Miguel, and Vladimir were fun and made our stay memorable! The food was excellent, with both local and international options. The relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to unwind by the pool or watch the sunset. We also loved the wildlife—birds, iguanas, peacocks, and the resort’s resident cat—all of which made the trip even more enjoyable. We looked forward to seeing them every day, and the staff’s positive interactions with the animals added to the experience. Overall, the staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and the vibe was peaceful—perfect for our getaway. If you’re considering a tropical vacation, Fiesta Americana in Puerto Vallarta should definitely be on your list. Can’t wait to return!"

"Service was excellent, food was amazing. I loved the pool and the restaurants. Rooms were ok, our bathroom door knob did not work, this was reported to staff but couldn't get to fix the issue. A couple ofbed sheets were permanently stained they should have been discarded."

"Why too many weddings with loud music till 10:30 most evenings. Many of the restaurants were closed. On some evenings only 2 of 5 were open. They no longer cook lunches outside. That used to add variety to the food. Also the no longer cook outside for the morning buffet with selections of coffees. Before Hyatt they always had a greater variety of restaurants open. Now it is not so special."

"The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean except the curtains which they promptly replaced. I did not use the spa, it was a bit too expensive. I used the gym daily, staff was very nice, gym was clean. The pool was very nice and clean as well. I would go back with my family, it would be great to get senior discounts or family discounts. Also I must say the buffet breakfast was outstanding and the staff was amazing."

"The room was nice and clean. The food was okay but tough to eat at times. There was no mini bar even though we did all inclusive. The pools were rather small and crowded. The ongoing construction of the building next door was a not so welcome way to wake up. There were long lines at the bar as they only had one bartender. It was not easy to get a drink. We didn't end up using much of the all inclusive part."

"I am very disappointed with this hotel. The service was terrible from the very beginning. The employees were rude, inattentive, and had an awful attitude. I don't normally write these types of reviews but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I had no choice. It was difficult to get basic assistance, and the staff showed no professionalism or friendliness. The food was bad and was the same every single day. It felt like you had to beg for your drinks, which is not normal for an "all-inclusive" hotel. The experience just did not match the price or expectations at all."
