"Checked out today usually they give a receipt and they give you back the deposit on your card. They were out for break I called and told them I was checking out they didn’t give me a receipt or my deposit wasn’t lifted from my account"

"This is the place I will always stay when I’m in Fresno. The staff and their customer service is amazing. It’s quiet, the rooms are clean and updated. I feel so comfortable and safe staying here. Carrie, in food service is my favorite person! The breakfasts are amazing! I will definitely be staying here again and again."

"Lobby was under construction during stay, had to make your way under a plastic tarp to access the continental breakfast. TV in room did not work. Parking was not ideal. Although staff acknowledged and seemingly complied with my request to make sure a thorough vacuuming job was done (crawling baby), the room itself was just okay regarding cleanliness."
