Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found).
The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good).
Spa was not as good as expected. Steam bad was not having good steam and the sauna was small and not as strong as expected.

This is a great little hotel and our favourite place to stay when we head to Innsbruck. Really friendly staff and a wonderful walk into the old town along the river.

Nice clean room, staff wss helpful on reception. Nice to have the free bus travel you fmget when staying 3 or more nights. Easy to get to on the 504 from train station.

The room felt very old and outdated. The pictures shown online during the booking process looked modern and well-maintained, but the actual room was quite different from what was advertised.
