Never received the towels or the room was never cleaned. Asked for refund for buffet I prepaid for on the 15th & also the 18th because we left too early and breakfast wasn't out. The buffet was terrible, food was old and tough and not warm at all. This is a terrible place to stay. I'm prior military and traveled all around the world. Place is very clean, bathroom was huge in this suite! The deck was rather small, but had a great view of the central open area by the memorial. Very close to food, BUT avoid almost everything down the street towards DeWallen. With the exception of the Oriental City Amsterdam and Rene’s Croissanterie. The rest are all just mid level foods.
