"I booked this place based on the nice photos. Well its nothing like that. The staircases are filthy and unsafe to start with. My room at check in wasnt even done when I was handed the keys. The room looked unsuitable to stay even if it had been cleaned! Dirty walls,sticky windows. As the hotel was fully booked I had to find another accommodation . This hotel runs on no refund policy, despite of all the complaints! Luckily I managed to get a refund through Expedia. The place should not even have one star… please avoid it ! Its a health risk "

"The rooms are very tiny with no closets. The restaurant only serves breakfast, but items were fresh. Refreshments were self service. The early morning staff was not readily available, which led to a lack in security!"
