Unfortunately I did get bed bug bites, and has now become a bigger rash from scratching. Also staff and other people in other rooms were very loud all night. But besides that location was good and staff was nice.

We had a good stay, staff was nice and welcoming, bedding was clean, shower was hot, we was happy we had balcony so we could smoke, only down side to our stay was we did not have kettle in our room, they had one at reception for all to use. I would stay again.

The location is great thats why i have given 2 stars not one. The room is full with bugs, the bathroom is very old and dirty. We couldn’t sit at the toilet because there were no place to sit!? (Because of the wall).

Simple but cozy

It's centrally located and close to everything, just what we wanted. The only downside is that it doesn't have an elevator, and the stairs, with their shabby carpets, are discouraging at first glance. The room was very simple and small, but cozy.

I truly am sad to review this hotel poorly as it has so many great points! First you may miss the entrance as it is just a basic man door in between businesses. You and your luggage will need to travel 2 stories on steep/very short stairs that your foot will not fit on. IF u manage that, you will be at reception. 5 stars for Staff! I think I am running out of space here. Balcany was fabulous, Room was more spacious than usual in Europe (I am Cdn). I requested a Porter to assist with my luggage that I was more than willing to pay handsomely, I was told that would not happen. Anywho Fabulous location IF you are Very FIT.

Nice stay - central

amazing central location just a couple blocks from the Anne Frank's house, pretty building, friendly staff, clean room. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony with no prompting - nice big windows, good view. Noise does come through, but we found that a white noise app basically drowns it all out at night.

Hotel staff are just just amazing. We come back everytime. May not have lifts but you get what you pay for. Amzing staff make the experience every time. Amnia and Steph are just the most amazing women. The rest of the staff are just as lovely. Highly recommend if your looking for that home from home feel. I have stayed here on my own and felt so safe so if your a solo traveler and are looking for a safe place then this is your safe place for sure. As a couple my husbad and myself love the convience of the location. Good food and places to shop within seconds of leaving the hotel. Musems are soo close aswell. So what ever your trip this hotel really does give you what you need. Amazing views of the city from every room we have stayed in. I just do not recomend if you cant walk up stairs. I stuggle with them but its well worth the effort.

Hotel was good, room was nice and clean. Nice balcony area and most of the staff nice. Theres some major roadworks ongoing directly outside but the noise isnt too bad. One of the receptionists attempted to insult me but its OK, I'd also be bitter if I was working on a hotel reception in my old age.
