"Clean room, nice shower, comfortable bed, breakfast was fresh, always well stocked, and varied offerings. Absolutely would stay here again."

"The bar on their website is not open and the one in the restaurant doesn’t open until 5pm. Our room smelled musty and like sulphur. The smell was really intense when we came back for the night. We definitely won’t be back. Not worth the price they charge."

"We had reserved a mini suite in order to have two bathrooms. Unfortunately the one bathroom for some reason did not have any hot water. They tried to fix it and the next morning I had hot water initially for my shower only to run out of it within minutes. They did offer to move us but we were leaving the next morning. The suite was comfortable and we had a nice view of the Ohio River. We will stay there again if traveling to Cincinnati but will definitely check the water before unpacking"

"The art is very unique and we loved every part of the stay. The staff was helpful at every point in the day, and the valet was polite and the service was prompt. We were told 20 minutes to wait for our car to be brought up, and it was brought up in only 7 minutes. Very efficiently run establishment, my only regret is that I wasn’t able to try the restaurant in the lobby. Other than that it was very excellent."

"Only issue is understanding your staff that answers the deak. I love people from all over the world. But if was running your hotel i would have ONLY English speaking persons, it really makes a difference on my opinion. Plenty other people out thrre. Last thing i booked my son threes nights room 131. I realize being there is a private thing. But i ask the very difficult t understand desk guy to please ring his room he said no can’t do that. Vhe is struggling right now as a young adult trying to fid himself and i am i another state.. worry wart mother his two cells were off or on charger on silent mode. That to me isn’t right period!!!"

"The breakfast was more than I expected with many options to choose from, the parking was easy to get in and out of, the entire property was very clean and well kept. All the staff we talked to were nice, polite and helped with any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay there."
