Lovely staff. My room was clean and bright. However it was a twin room and the bottom sheet did not tuck in under the mattress. This led to the bottom sheet and the mattress cover sliding down the bed when I sat to read or watch tv. It really wasn’t very satisfactory. Tdining

Very pleasant little spa not far out of Newport, comfortable rooms, food at the bar/restaurant was good quality and reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staff! Would recommend to friends.

Bed was close to door/corridor leading to a fair amount of noise when people were going to bed or waking up in the morning. Room was a good size. Roome set up was odd with a small TV on a cabinet to the left of the bed. Check in and check out was slow with only one staff member on the desk. Gym and pool had good facilities with latest technogym equipment. If a pool and extensive gym is not important, I would suggest staying in the Ty Newport next door for a quieter night and a more modern hotel.

A very pleasant hotel but my room was very hot only a window but nice room.
