"We stayed in Number 2 cottage which was a 2 bedroom. Very tidy, lots of parking, and well appointed for our stay. The view is BRILLIANT! The back porch provides a beautiful vista of Sturgeon Lake. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating, namely picnic tables. If you stay in, good wifi and Netflix but the sunsets are spectacular so don't miss them. "I get to the property and some kids with the new owernership said the place was closed. Place was recently sold and new ownership is cleaning up the place. The new owners seem good, but the fact this place is listed but not in business is unacceptable. This property should be removed until new owners are back in business. Check with property before booking. I'm sure place will be fine when new owners open up"

"We were looking for a remote cottage with a lot of privacy and this was just what we (my daughter, parents and aunts) were looking for. When we arrived, it was even more scenic than we had thought. The property is at the end of one of the private roads and the closest neighbour was a couple of hundred meters away. We had a full kitchen, outdoor BBQ, access to a fridge and freezer and access to the dock (complete with paddleboard and two kayaks). The fishing was great too using the kayaks. There is a nice firepit with lovely view of the stars from the dock afterwards. David was also a very nice person to deal with during the whole process."

"Excellent stay. The Inn and the rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location is wonderful. Amenities are great (kayaks, canoes, stand up paddleboards and fire pits). But mostly the hosts, Dave and Steph, are most gracious and very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good too"

"This is a very boutique type of property but with a very casual woodsy vibe. I say boutique as there are only a few cabins and I believe 3 main lodge rooms. Staff is not everywhere but when we checked in we got the most amazing greeting. The young lady in the diningroom in the morning is very sweet and helpful. It should be noted that unless you book time in the restaurant there are no other facilities for food on site. This obviously is not an issue if you are in a cabin but the main lodge may pose one. We were in the lodge but were back and forth to another location. When the restaurant is open it is quite a busy place. I cannot rate the ammenities other than the gym which was very well appointed and of a great size. There are many boats to use as well as a fire pit and some outdoor type games. While we were there it was quiet and peaceful. The rooms are well appointed with good television options if you want to sit in and watch some TV. A mini fridge and a coffee maker are also available. The location is wonderful and very easy to find."
