A little hidden gem. Nice large room in a quiet rural setting with loads of wildlife. The staff were super helpful.

Only 4 stars for the lift still being out several days after notification (before my arrival) of its not working.
I may be harsh considering it was a bank holiday weekend.
Staff made bringing heavy bag upstairs possible by carrying it thank you.
Some hall carpets might be tended to.

Reported that the ceiling light didn't work and upon switching on the wall light, the lamp came out of the wall and was only still attached by insulated wires.
