I love the location of the hotel to the proximity of the Station. I was a bit disappointed with the room. The space was limited, and having stayed at the Apex City hotel in Bath, it was a real down grade.
I had an evening meal at the hotel I ordered chips with a honey dip. The price was £8.00. I got 5 chips . Really! How disgraceful, and an insulting value for money. Writing this now, I should have sent them back, but we all know that sending food back to the kitchen is a no no. You need to correct this.
The staff were very attentive, in the restaurant and the reception area.
